The Compensation Employees Credit Union has both office staff for day to day operations and a board of directors for leadership and guidance.

General Manager
Carol De Haas
Carol de Haas, GM, has been with CECU since 1990.
Carol comes with over 40 years experience in the credit union system, specializing in loans, mortgages and prioritizes member service.
Assistant GM
Shelagh Hardern
Shelagh Hardern, Assistant GM, has been with CECU since 2010. She looks after, marketing, Lending, computer systems, staff supervision and provides valuable GM back up.
Member Services Representatives
Satveer Khaira
Satveer has been with the CU since 2018. She is a valuable member of our team and provides member service and back office support.
Devon Freemantle
Devon is the newest addition to our team. She welcomes members, provides reception, and takes care of teller services for CECU members
