How do I get a Personal Access Code (PAC)? Is it the same as my PIN?
You can obtain an access code directly from us. For better security, your access code is not the same as your PIN - it is a five to eight digit code which you select.
I forgot my access code and cannot access Online Banking. What should I do?
Contact us during normal business hours and we'll be able to provide you with the assistance you require.
When can I use CECU Online Banking?
The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, except for brief intervals when the system is taken off-line for maintenance. Maintenance is scheduled at times when it is least likely to interfere with your use of the service.
How do I get help?
For help using CECU Online Banking, please check the online help menus or contact us during normal business hours.
(CECU does not provide support for your computer or Internet service, please call your computer vendor or Internet Service Provider.)
When do transactions that I perform online take effect?
Any banking transaction performed online take effect immediately.
Can I make future dated payments or transfers?
Yes. You can make a one-time payment, a one-time post-dated transaction, or schedule a recurring post-dated transaction.
What should I do if I make a mistake?
If you make a mistake when performing your banking online, simply contact us during normal business hours to initiate the required correction.
What are "cookies" and why do we use them?
Our Online Banking system uses a technique called a "cookie" to maintain a connection with you. A cookie is a small amount of information stored on your computer in an encrypted form, that is intermittently sent to and from our Online Banking server.
The cookie provides us with information that enables us to ensure that each request for information comes only from you and that we deliver the information only to you. The cookie also lets us know when your connection has timed out.
